The Role

Working on an active production line, your daily tasks will include:

• Chemical Processing: Safely mixing, processing, and grinding chemicals to create specialized ceramic components.

• Mechanical Assembly: Utilizing hand tools to assemble parts with precision.

• Quality & Safety: Following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure everything is built to the highest Navy-grade standards.

About You

You don't need a background in defence to apply! We are simply looking for people who bring:

• Citizenship Requirement: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to defence security requirements).

• A strong work ethic and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• Great hand-eye coordination and confidence using basic hand tools.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to closely follow step-by-step instructions (SOPs).

• A reliable team-player mentality.
